Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and optimizing the procurement processes to ensure the smooth execution of our construction projects . This role involves reading project scopes, identifying necessary construction materials, and obtaining competitive pricing from the market.˙Responsibilities: ˙

  • Analyze project scopes and technical specifications to understand material requirements.
  • Create comprehensive lists of materials, equipment, and services needed for construction projects.
  • Source potential suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
  • Request and gather price quotations for all required materials and services.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms with vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery and availability of materials to meet project timelines.
  • Manage supplier relationships and vendor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor procurement budgets and report on expenses.
  • Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to support construction projects.
