?Act as on site owner representative during construction.?Supervision of the Site Team, including the main contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants.?Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure project execution is on time, quality and on budget.?Provide project & weekly progress reports to management.?Coordinate with the design team and consultant on all design related matters.?Oversee project procurement process.?Review design drawings and site shop drawings?Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, and Contract Drawings & BOQ.?Coordinate and manage the commercial and technical bid document preparation with consultant.?Assist management in the tendering process, bid evaluation, recommendation and contract award.?Manage all formal communications from a contractual perspective (internal and external).?Manage all contractual approvals as required (procurement, subcontracts etc).?Review all interim payments to Contractor.?Review all Contractor variation orders and claims.?Manage contract close out activities including final account documentation.?Manage site handover to end user and facility management team.?Follow up on all necessary approval and licenses related to construction and operation of the project.
