Job Description

Job Purpose: To ensures a company?functions?in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals according to the FCPA and Anti-Bribery Act.

  • Responsible for developing?compliance?programs, reviewing company policies, and advising????management on possible risks.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of compliance policies and programs.
  • Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.
  • Draft and revise company policies.
  • Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.
  • Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed.
  • Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
  • Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.
  • Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.
  • Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.
  • Educate and train employees on Compliance related process.
Authority:
  • Provide the approval to Department related documents (procedure, JD, OC chart, Forms etc.
  • Provide the preliminary approval to sponsorships, events, grants and donations
  • Note : Shall be responsible to perform any task assigned by Senior Management other than the above mentioned (Special Projects)
