Job Description

Responsible to oversee the company?s online presence by responding to our customers on social media as well as reporting customer feedback and frequently asked questions.?

  • Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social media platforms in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with the online community
  • Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels
  • Communicate with messaging that meets the brand?s communication style
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry and digital trends.
  • Monthly Listening reports
  • Build defined FAQ?s and responses per brand
  • Such other duties as may be determined by?the Line Manager.
