Job Description

To manage the clinic in a manner that conforms to protocol and policies established, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and providing the highest standards of patient care and safety.Managing and monitoring resources within a defined budget and contributing to the company agenda.Must be bright, cheery and take pride in going the extra mile to exceed our patient?s expectationResponsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall clinic management such as clinic services, hospitality services, health information management, Medical reporting and records and administrative staff training program
  • Plan and execute the overall operation of the clinic (budgeting, staffing, new services, policy and procedures, strategic plan)
  • Manage the day to day operations of the clinic by guiding and coordinating the development of essential systems and services in materials management, marketing the clinic services
  • Prepare Strategic Plan for the growth of the clinic
  • Handle all complaints and issues that arise from staff or patients in a timely and responsive manner
  • Ensure that quality and safety issues are appropriately managed
  • Ensure the appointment scheduled and treatment done for the patients are in order and accurate
  • Ensure repetitive visits of the patients to avail services
  • Manage all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the staff
  • Monitor patient care for quality and patient experience and patient satisfaction
  • Protect staff and patients by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures
  • Managing and monitoring resources within a defined budget and contributing to the company agenda.
  • Ensure word of mouth marketing
  • Prepare monthly Objectives & Key results and report to the supervisory board every week
  • Establish work schedules and co-ordinate activities with the doctor, nurses, and other staff
  • Ensure to maintain the quality and standards of the clinic
  • Comply to the clinic?s policies, procedures and protocols
  • Comply with Kuwait?s Ministry of Health laws and regulation
