Responsibilities? Register claims in the system and open files by retrieving policy copies.? Appoint surveyor internal or external with the regional manager?s approval.? Arrange translation of the documents through internal or external agencies.? Maintain files, records and MIS.? Process claims on completion of documents.? Process recovery claims in coordination with the department manager & advocate if any.? Coordinate and liaise with the insurance companies for credit/debit notes for the recovery due from them.? Assist in realization of claim recovery amount from the insurance companies.? Assist the surveyor, manager and agency manager for any work assigned due to operational exigencies due to operational exigencies.Duty Shift / Timings:One Shift / 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
