Civil Technician

1.00 to 10.00 Years Al Kuwait, Kuwait 30 Jul, 2024

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Assist in the development of civil engineering designs, including site layouts, grading plans, and infrastructure systems.
Modify and update existing drawings based on revisions from engineers.
Conduct site visits to gather data, take measurements, and perform inspections.
Assist in surveying and staking out project sites.
Collect soil, water, and material samples for testing.
Assist in the preparation of technical reports, specifications, and project documentation.
Provide support during the construction phase, including monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with design specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
Conduct quality control checks on materials and construction activities.
Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to the project manager.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.
Maintain project files and records, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
Other duties as assigned.
