1. Manage, design, develop and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects3. Ensure that all project parts are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget4. Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)5. Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications6. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors7. Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies8. Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders9. Hand over the resulting structures and services for use10. Monitor progress and compile reports in project status11. Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials12. Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required13. Manage/Supervise and direct site staff (foremen, labour, subcontractors, etc.).14. Represent the company with project owners/consultants.15. May assist/handle pricing/ cost planning/ designing of tenders and projects.16. Ensure that all contract requirements are followed to the approval of the company and the client/consultant.17. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation18. Initiates, calculates, follows up and realizes the project payments.
