Civil EngineerLocation: KuwaitExperience: 4-7 Years (Specializing in Villa Construction)Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team, specializing in the construction of villas in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of construction management, project planning, and execution. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance with design plans, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:?Manage and coordinate manpower to ensure efficient project execution.?Oversee villa construction projects to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.?Review and study all project plans and documents to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies.?Conduct meetings with villa owners to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.?Prepare and submit detailed daily reports to management on project progress.?Create and review Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for project planning and budgeting.?Assist in pricing and cost estimation for upcoming projects.?Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.Qualifications and Skills:?Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.?4-7 years of experience in villa construction, preferably in Kuwait or the GCC region.?Strong knowledge of construction management, project planning, and BOQ preparation.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.?Proficiency in construction software and tools such as AutoCAD.?Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.?Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address project challenges.Additional Requirements:?Valid residency in Kuwait with transferable visa (if applicable).?Valid Kuwait Driving License and CarWhat We Offer:?Competitive salary based on experience.?Opportunities for professional growth and development.?A collaborative and dynamic work environment.If you meet the qualifications and are passionate about delivering high-quality construction projects, we encourage you to apply and join our team.????? ???????: ????? ??????????: ????????????: 4-7 ?????
