Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work well in a team.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
  2. Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and budgets
  3. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and safety standards
  4. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors
  5. Review and approve construction materials and equipment
  6. Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and permits
  7. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
  8. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
  9. Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
  10. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction staff
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  2. Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques
  3. Proficient in using AutoCAD and other relevant software
  4. Excellent project management and organizational skills
  5. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
