Job Description

Responsibilities˙

  • Supervising and overseeing the completion of all engineering projects˙
  • Analyzing and calculating the material and labor costs for various projects˙
  • Reviewing and approving project designs and budgets˙
  • Communicating the project objectives and delegating tasks to the team members˙
  • Conducting staff meetings and training sessions˙
  • Overseeing equipment installation processes˙
  • Scheduling and performing quality control checks˙
  • Preparing and presenting product engineering reports˙
  • Assigning long and short-term project goals˙
  • Evaluating engineering blueprints˙
  • Interviewing and recruiting Engineers˙
  • Ensuring that the projects are completed on time and within budget˙
  • Negotiating project terms and conditions with clients˙
  • Analyzing and resolving any disputes amongst the team members˙
