We are looking for a Chief Accountant to work under the supervision of the Finance Manager
Ensure timely update of all accounting entries in the system/accounting software;
Ensure that all month/year end adjustment entries, accruals, provisions done correctly before closing the month/year end accounts;
Timely invoice to customers and update the records. Keep tracking of all the PO?s received, invoices raised and payment received/dues;
Keep tracking of WIP, advance billing, accrued income, retention, etc.
Run the monthly payroll accurately and ensure that all staff deductions, payables, loan deductions are taken care properly;
Calculate all the final settlements, leave salary reimbursement, loan etc. of the staff as per the law and company policy before it come for Finance Manager review;
Ensure that all company policy and procedures are properly followed and suggest to the Finance Manager from time to time if any lacking or areas where it can be improved;
Prepare department wise trial balance, P&L, Balance sheet and other schedules and reports required by finance manager;
Adhere to all ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements as determined by the organization
