The chief accountant will be required to support on the day to day accounting for the organization and be able to manage financial audits. Job descriptionThe Chief accountant is reporting to the country manager & the regional accounting manager. He/she is in charge to monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations on the entities of the country. In charge also of the checking & processing the expenses claims. Preparing and submitting the tax declaration (VAT, WHT). He/she is also doing the payroll entries. He/she is making sure that the GL and analytical code are correct one. The CA is assisting the financial controller department in the budget preparation. Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations The CA is also in charge of preparing the payment based on the validated instructions from the department purchaser. Passing the entries of all payments. Doing the monthly reconciliation. In charge of the monthly and yearly accounting closing, he prepares & records the monthly closing entries as accruals/provisions of cost and revenue.
