Job Description

Candiates from GCC experience preferd.The Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section in the kitchen, managing and training junior chefs, and ensuring the highest quality of food production in the restaurant.Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and guidelines.
  • Supervise and train junior chefs in the kitchen.
  • Ensure the food production process meets the quality standards and health regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
  • Assist in creating new dishes and menu planning.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team in daily operations.
