Job Description

Job description is as below:

  • Daily Courier debrief with Report from ShipSy and manual records.
  • Reconcile physicalcash and Direct Payment from Upay, which report to ShipSy on daily basis and arrange to deposit on daily basis.
  • Follow up with courier on unremitted cash of COD and for cash sale with respective department.
  • Create customer invoices in Odoo.
  • Operation support work.
Adhoc task when ever needed from both Finance/Operation.
