Restaurant Activities?Smile & greet walk in customers to welcome and show readiness to take orders.?Present menus to customers and explain how various items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods, inform customers about the menu specials, in addition to answering all customers? questions in a friendly manner and making recommendations upon request.?Take customer order in a timely matter and record it in the micros system accurately.?Perform accurate processing of bills and itemize (detail) the total cost of the meal, present the same to customers, and collect payments.?Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations which include activities such as checking temperatures and working conditions of kitchen equipment, cleaning food preparation areas, sanitizing stations, cleaning out trash, washing hands etc. for hygiene purposes and efficient cleanliness.?Maintain Excellent service standards.?Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
