Job Description

Job purpose: Grow Credit and Prepaid Card New to Product Acquisition through Branches, Direct Sales and Alternate Channels.Key accountabilities:

  1. New To Product Acquisition Grow New to Product acquisition through effective cross selling of cards products and increasing sales productivity
  2. New to Bank CustomerIdentify and implement acquisition initiatives through sales channels to grow new customer base. Identify sourcing opportunities through bulk sourcing and relevant product placement as per segmentation requirement to create a robust credit tested card base
  3. Sales Training Conceive and develop regular training program to update sales force with the product benefits and campaigns to grow acquisition
  4. Campaign Management Develop and design acquisition campaigns across the year to increase credit and prepaid card acquisition. Focus to generate revenue earning card base to support business objectives
  5. Support the Head of Products in developing the overall acquisition strategy and future roadmap and achieve yearly budgeted commitments
  6. Marketing Work closely with marketing team to implement relevant campaigns for cards products through all banking and non-banking channels
  7. Proactive Attrition Management Design and implement regular acquisition health check models , identify avenues for growth and identify green fields options
  8. Client Management Support external and internal stakeholders for effective and seamless implementation of acquisition initiatives
  9. Performance Management proactively manage own performance and results in accordance with cards performance management approach and KPIs for the role
  10. Acquisition PoliciesPropose new sourcing policies to open opportunities for sales team
  11. Policies and Procedures Adhere to retail policy, procedures, professional standards and work ethics
