* Maintain any regulatory obligations that are required for the position Local* Launchmans, first aid, bar managers certificate and License.Main duties are absolutely in charge of the vessel whilst on charter, Passenger* transportation and assume the responsibility for the safety and well being of the clients and crew.* Always ensure that their vessel is in a safe and seaworthy condition and ready for charter. If not, management must be notified.* All accidents/incidents must be reported as per Maritime Law requirements.* It is my duty to maintain all documentation relevant to boat as per Maritime law* Responsible for the maintenance and appearance of the vessel; this includes responsibility for cleanliness and pumping out of the boats.* Responsible for the provision and maintenance of fishing tackle.* Responsible for the conduct of other company staff during the trip and are obliged to report irregularities to management.* When accounts are being reconciled on board, The Captain should oversee and should take responsibility for any ensuing monies.* Always required to observe and operate within the laws and regulations in force on bothmaritime and fishery.* It is my duty to secure vessels safely to the wharf, jetty or mooring and ensure the vesselis left in secure state with all windows, doors, vents closed and follow Management* procedures for engine room shutdown and domestic systems i.e. water pumps, gas bottles, barbeque bottles are to be turned off* Most importantly captain is always required to be of a pleasant and helpful disposition and in doing so ensure an atmosphere of warm hospitality on board, and a happy workplace. This in turn leads to happy and satisfied clients and a successful company.
