Job Description

  • Ensures the delivery of excellent service by maintaining high staff morale and team spirit.
  • Motivates, leads and coaches approximately ten Colleagues.
  • Attend pre-cons and meetings as required.
  • Adheres to the budgetary guidelines established for the outlet (productivity, revenue and expenses).
  • Trains and coaches new and existing team members.
  • Maintains a safe working environment.
  • Promotes and enhances the image of the outlet with the use of a marketing plan.
  • Assists in the preparation of the departmental budget.
  • Successfully resolves guest complaints and follows up as required.
  • Ensures the outlet maintains a first class and positive visual impact, including ambiance, cleanliness, orderliness, d?cor and service flow.
  • Assists with recruiting, staffing and scheduling.
  • Conducts regular Colleague feedback sessions and performance reviews.
