Ensures the delivery of excellent service by maintaining high staff morale and team spirit.
Motivates, leads and coaches approximately ten Colleagues.
Attend pre-cons and meetings as required.
Adheres to the budgetary guidelines established for the outlet (productivity, revenue and expenses).
Trains and coaches new and existing team members.
Maintains a safe working environment.
Promotes and enhances the image of the outlet with the use of a marketing plan.
Assists in the preparation of the departmental budget.
