Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:Obtain Quotations-?Obtain quotes based on the value of the materials to be bought.-?Determine the best value supplier and forward the documentation to the purchase coordinator for LPO?sArrange the Purchases:-?Process the daily purchase requisitions-?Send out request for quotations to various suppliers-?Negotiate prices with the suppliersCreate LPO?s-?Prepares P.O. in the system-?Verify the price comparisons, parts details etc.-?Receives signed P.O?s & circulate.-?Follow-up delivery and update the status to the end user.Follow-up tasks to the messengers-?Assign various tasks to the messengers-?Make sure they get the right parts from the right place & timely delivery & ensure to complete the necessary documentation
