Job Description

We are looking for a Busser to support the restaurant and caf? team by maintaining cleanliness, resetting tables quickly, and assisting waiters and baristas to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth into service roles.Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear and reset tables quickly after customers leave.
  • Wipe down tables, chairs, and serving stations to maintain cleanliness.
  • Transfer dirty dishes and glassware to the dishwashing area.
  • Refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages as needed.
  • Keep dining areas, service stations, and entryways tidy and well-stocked.
  • Perform light cleaning tasks such as sweeping and emptying trash.
  • After training: assist in food and drink running and respond to basic customer needs (without taking orders).
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurants or caf?s.
  • Must hold a transferable Article 18 residency in Kuwait.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and customer service standards.
  • Willingness to undergo training for light customer interaction and food running.
