Job Description

Business Intelligence Analyst willwork in the information technology department of the organization, BI Analyst position involves designing, managing, and deploying data systems, reports, and dynamic dashboards, as well as training users in these systems and the use of reports.The role is to maintain and implement BI reports and data models, including integration with databases, cubes, and data warehouses. This includes gathering requirements, designing, and rolling out solutions and reports to end users and management. The BI Analyst is also responsible for ensuring high levels of data availability through support functions, in-depth testing, and continuous improvements.Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
  • Responsible to design, build and maintain reports and BI visualizations that provide data insights across multiple areas of the business.
  • Participate in cross functional projects groups and complete assignments
  • Build, test, and refactor queries and code to enhance performance, efficiency, and high database availability
  • Assist with the administration of internal databases to ensure security, performance, and data privacy
  • Deliver end-user training and training materials; provide technical support as necessary
  • General Power BI Development and administration.
  • Developing visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using BI tools
  • Connecting to data sources, importing data, and transforming data for business purposes.
  • Analytical thinking to translate data into informative visuals and reports.
  • Develop advanced level calculations in data sets.
  • Work with subject matter experts from sites to develop reports per business requirements.
  • Utilize AI capabilities such as trend and impact analysis for predictive analytics
  • Provide analysis of planning for data mapping and key performance indicators (KPI) from source data
