Job Description

The main role objective is To acquire higher market share through developing the strategy for the assigned category by analyzing the performance of the category/subcategory thoroughly, identifying opportunities in the market through the extensive market and consumer research and this to provide a winning strategy in the market to be in the lead, in every mind, and in every home.Main responsibilities

  • Execution of strategic directions from (article creation, forecasting, buying, merchandising plans, and launching).
  • Align category budget targets across the organization.
  • Planning and improving profit margins and ensuring price positioning is maintained.
  • Sourcing of new products across our partner networks to execute the strategy.
Qualifications
  • MBA degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years prior industry-related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
