The Organization:Our client is a private hospital in Kuwait, in business for more than 50 years. The hospital is a 100-bedded facility that offers a full range of medical services within a luxury setting. The hospital is JCI and ACI accredited. They also offer healthcare services in an elaborate outpatient clinic. All of it is part of a bigger group of companies, registered on the Kuwait Stock Exchange.?Duties & Responsibilities:The hospital is looking to hire a Business Development Executive to generate new revenue streams of business for the organization.? Develop innovative business development strategies in consultation with the Hospital Director;? Develop sustainable relationships within the physician and medical community towards bringing them to the organization for their needs;? Generate new leads with corporate partners with insurance coverage;? Generate new leads with corporate partners without insurance coverage, through smart pricing models;? Bring onboard new business deals by discovering and exploring opportunities;? Plan program and events that strengthen relationships and position of the organization in the healthcare sector, in coordination with the Manager ? Marketing and Business Development;? Work on feasibility studies and business plans for expansion plans;? Monitor external and internal environment including technology, for new market developments;? Generate weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports including activities, contacts/leads, status reports;? Liaise and network with stakeholders of the organization, including senior management, medical and admin staff, suppliers, customers etc.
