Job Description
Building management system (BMS) Technician is˙responsible˙for performing a range of instrumentation and controls equipment for HVAC and maintenance systems.
Works on basic HVAC network systems, HVAC controller and has knowledge in actuators, temperature sensor, wiring
Experience in BMS (preferably, Honeywell Controllers) installation, termination, and wiring
Programs BMS controls and sequences of operations, monitor, troubleshoots, and refines the BMS to meet the equipment specifications.
Performs basic electrical instillation. Installs and configures application specific controllers.
Requires to readily use temperature and relative humidity meters, data loggers, electrical volt and amp meters.
