Job Description

?Objective:??????????Pre and post-sales support for Health care solutions sales and service team.?????????Conduct end user installation, configuration and demonstrations for HCS customers.?????????Establish strong HCS product value in the market with easy to use , reliable and accurate results?Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Performs medical equipment installation, testing, calibration and repairing biomedical equipment.
  • Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions.
  • Directs clinic and healthcare staff by providing equipment operation demonstrations, instruct other healthcare staff how to use equipment and answers questions.
  • Prepares biomedical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Maintains safe and healthy working environment by conducting safety tests, recommending and complying with procedures, training and guiding medical and healthcare personnel to comply with codes.
  • Negotiate for special medical equipment service, evaluates service contracts and maintains equipment inventories at customer site.
