Job Description

  • Review RFP and prepare list of queries to be submitted to the Client.
  • Prepare Synopsis in liaison with the Sr. Proposals Coordinator and Asst Manager).
  • Provide creative ideas to support Story board prepared by Sr. PC or APM.
  • Prepare technical proposal independently (small proposals and variation orders).
  • Support Sr. Proposal Coordinator in proposal compilation of (mid complex types).
  • Prepare Technical Formats.
  • Prepare Financial Formats.
  • Coordinate Printing & Delivery.
  • Support with post tender queries.
  • Input and update BD tracker.
