Managing the bakery section of the kitchen and ensure a successful working environment.
Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.
Creating all kind of breads baking goods and confections by following a set recipe.
?Developing the recipes.
Monitoring the stock of the ingredients and controlling the wastages,
Coordinating with the purchasing department for ingredients and equipment for the pastry section , when needed and within budget
Ensuring their section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulation.
Supervising and training staff members when needed.?
