B2B Supervisor Job Summary:We are looking to hire a B2B Supervisor for our company who is efficient enough to increase sales and profitability. With the help of our partners, this job develops and implements our sales and marketing strategies as well as different eCommerce-related initiatives. You will be in charge of maximizing the potential of our sales staff, creating sales forecasts, and defending those goals to top management. Along with collaborating with local sales staff to promote regional and individual eCommerce prospects, the duties also involve educating, planning, executing, and coordinating the eCommerce component of the distributor?s yearly business strategy. You are in charge of managing the strategy, collaboration, and execution with our Distributors on their networks for our B2B .To ladder up to more general business performance targets and objectives, you must work closely with the eCommerce and Strategic Planning teams.B2B Supervisor Job Responsibilities and Duties:1 Preparing the restaurants orders Fulfilling orders without shortage and delay2 Controlling the staff and giving duties, Assigning labors the tasks3 Checking stock availability/quantity Reporting the shortage items to WH supervisor before ordering4 Stock issues inform to Opt manager, If received anything wrong or bad quality5 Staff issues inform to Opt manager, Reporting about staff?s issues in daily bases6 Making Chabra and showroom orders ,Putting the qty according to movement7 Attending cash purchasing customers Assisting showroom if needed8 Make the Pos bills Assisting showroom if needed9 Make stock transfer Assisting WH if needed10 Go fresh/360 mall orders, preparing and transfer Fulfilling orders without shortage and delay11 Stock count Monthly inventory arrangement
