Has the ability to plan, design, implement, and troubleshoot Microsoft services and solutions.
B. Accountabilities:
Plan, Design, Implement & Troubleshoot the Azure Environment.
Monitor & Enhance the Azure Environment.
Monitor and measure user?s utilizations of Microsoft service and provide reports of the service utilization to client IT.
Provide a weekly report on the health of the service and avail statistic of the utilized Microsoft products.
Provide assistant and support to end-user over phone, e-mail and in-person covering all Microsoft related services. This includes, but not limited to, Microsoft 365 E5, Azure, Project Online, Visio Online, Flow, SCCM, Teams, Planner, Microsoft Words, PowerPoint etc.
To work with client staff to optimize Microsoft setup and ensure the all product implemented supports client?s organizations? infrastructure and the Company business goals.
To keep an attendance system for the professional services and report the actual man days that have been performed.
To avail a direct single-point-of-contact channel between Microsoft and the Company.
Be responsible of all necessary action to make the system fully functionable and running as to client satisfaction and best standards.ÿ
