The Auto Sales Expert is responsible for all day-to-day activities of used car sales and is responsible to ensure anenjoyable customer journey from online valuation to the sale of their car. Providing excellent customer service,insightful motor information to close deals. The main responsibility of the role is to ensure all customer needs areattended to, handling the entire sale process, communicating with customers, and ensuring a smooth sale process for the customer until their car is sold and registration is transferred.Main responsibilities:? Assists customers in selling their vehicles at the best price possible? Provides a thorough explanation of online motor valuation to customer? Contact point for the customer throughout the sale process and ensures vehicle inspection report is issuedand uploaded on the platform? Secures sales and final approval of bids from customers? Liaises with traders on customer approval of bid in order to complete the sale process? Secures payment from customers for motor sale? Ensures all necessary documents are secured for the sale of the car for the customer and trader? Handles all necessary documentation of car transfer to and from clients? Handling and attending to any inquiries from customers, traders, and vehicle inspection centers? Maintains a positive, ongoing, and professional attitude towards customers, traders, and vehicleinspection centers at all times? Provides customers with all information required to sell their vehicle? Coordinates with third party vehicle inspectors for all vehicle inspections? Achieves budgeted Volume and Gross Margin targets? Ensure that the vehicle inspection is accurately captured in Vehicle inspection form and the value isderived appropriately? Responsible to secure and grow number of traders and vehicles on the platform? Keeps abreast of current market and valuation of used vehicles? Provides periodic sales reports? Provide excellent customer service values to customers
