Our client is a well known international firm, they are the manufacturing & Distributing, heating, ventilating & Air-conditioning system.Assistant Warranty Manager?is Responsible to analyze warranty data and status, complaint processing, regulate customer and supplier claims recourse, track and implement corrective actions, and lead and controlprocessing of warranty related tasks1.?????Manages day-to-day warranty operations,2. Ensure prompt and professional resolution of all customer and warranty complaints as per the??company procedure and policies in order to increase overall satisfaction.3.?????Meet agreed SLA for customer.4.?????Warranty claim acknowledgement and validation / Material requests / Purchase requests.5.?????Technical reports writing and communicating with customers / factories / suppliers / vendors.6.?????Raising factory claims / following and executing factory bulletins, raising or escalating epidemic failures with factories.7.?????Following complete cycle for factory claim reimbursement.8.?????Internal orders from other division to be fulfilled by arranging right resources.9.?????Coordinate with planning team / warranty coordinator to assign technicians.10.?Technical support from office or onsite to field team.11.?Warranty parts stock demand planning.12.?Technical trainings to Contractors, Technicians.13.?Managing periodic daily, weekly, or monthly meetings with employees and management.14.?Perform skill matrix for employees and provide/arrange required trainings.15.?Make performance evaluation and work towards employee development.16.?Monitor and control warranty cost in terms of labor, material and third party to meet company goals.17.?Monitors sub-contractors service quality, on time delivery, and customer satisfaction.18.?Handle Commercial equipment Startup and commission as per company policies requests.19.?Writing commissioning reports.20.?Attend customer meetings as and when required.21.?Meeting targets for customer satisfaction.22.?Participate actively in Center of Excellence at Middle East and local level.
