Key Responsibilities:

Assist in directing and managing the store under the supervision of the Store Manager, leveraging data and reports on financial and operational performance at the store/department level.
Ensure effective application of procedures and policies.
Monitor and control costs against the budget to maximize the cost-effectiveness of store operations.
Support the implementation of actions to address store-related shrinkage.
Provide feedback to the Store Manager on customer requirements and preferences.
Help supervise the implementation of hygiene, sanitation, security, and safety standards, ensuring a high level of customer service both internally and externally.
Assist in handling and resolving customer complaints.
Support staff training and development and ensure adherence to relevant HR procedures.
