Job Description

Our client is a leading F&B group with a diverse portfolio of successful dining establishments, including Greek cuisine, Italian cuisine, and more. Their newest venture is an exciting Greek restaurant opening soon, and we are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team.

  • Support the restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Assist in staff management, training, and scheduling to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or concerns effectively.
