A cafe/multipurpose space opened in 2014 is now looking for an energetic store manager to join its family!The responsibilities include maintaining the cafe?s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient operation, as well as maintain productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.Being a team player is a must!You will deliver and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service and show a great example.To be successful in this role, you?ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house.˙Ultimately, you will ensure our cafe runs smoothly and customers have pleasant experience and staff remain motivated.
