Job Description

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for handling and management of medical records.
  • Protect the security of medical records to ensure that confidentiality is maintained.
  • Retrieve and distribute medical charts to appropriate departments of the hospital as and when requested.
  • Assemble and file all patient medical records and information.
  • Maintain quality and accurate records by following hospital procedures.
  • Report breaches, instances of non-compliance to Team Leader in an effort to protect patient confidentiality.
  • Scan and archive consents and paper-based documents.
