The leading Pan-Arab managed solutions provider fordigital transformation with over three decades of accumulated experience, Zajil Telecom is the preferredone-stop destination for agile and cutting-edge digital solutions, tailored for SME?s, large enterprises?with sector-specialized consultancy and expertise.Job Purpose:As the Marketing Manager for Zajil/ KEMS Telecom, the one-stop digital solutions provider, you will be working a lot of the planning and execution of successful campaigns on our digital channels. We are looking for someone that is excited and motivated towards their responsibility of increasing brand and solutions? awareness, audience engagement and reporting on the effectiveness of activities. The Marketing and Corporate Communication executive plays a central role in the planning, management, and execution of the external marketing plans of the company, and budgets and strategies of KalaamGroup.Corporate Brand:? Represent Kalaam Group?s brand to articulate its value proposition creatively and accurately within Zajil domain and align KEMS/ Zajil brand transition and unification with group Head of Marketing and through the ground-teams & cross functional stakeholders? Present and maintain a positive public image of an organization (participating in events, proactively developing media outreach strategies, creating and implementing product or service announcements-press releases, and product launches)? Ensure articulation of organizations desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization, as well as external stakeholders? Strategize and execute initiatives to develop the right kind of marketing collateral (print and digital) in tandem with business marketing plans & calendars for Zajil & KEMS? Coordinate the appearance of all organization print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.Secure alliances through marketing deals towards conferences/events as indicated by internal teams? Work with internal teams to drive organizational branding and proper positioning help with employee engagement initiatives, executive and internal communications? Manage the development of the Kalaam Group digital channels and all its sub channels and brands, including the unification of websites? Schedule, plan, run, and monitor brand and tactical campaigns on Kalaam Group?s social media channels such as , Instagram, Twitter (if applicable), Facebook, AD Words and YouTube and have a targeted outreach through BTL channels? Work with various departments, along with the marketing team to develop content and campaigns for our SoM and digital platforms? Help grow SoM and digital presence in other markets such as SA, Kuwait and UAE to generate traffic and engagement ensure they are integrated to Kalaam Group?s main channels and monitor developments created by marketing executives such as marketing calendars? Ensure digital channels have constant and current content and engagement posts to drive traffic and review and reports monthly and quarter reports of SEO, website analytics and leads, and digital channels? Monitor, analyze, and report through our listening and analytical programs to suggest new approaches and focus targets to increase lead generations Tactical campaigns:? Assisting in the planning, organizing and creative development of tactical campaign with the marketing team, suggest ideas and engagement strategies? Work closely with team towards execution on integrated marketing channels such as SMS, emailer, etc.? Ensure the reporting of tactical campaigns are comprehensive and assist in the analysis of the campaigns Intenral comms:? Help reinforce the organization?s philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization as part of the group
