Job Oversee the procurement of RAC vehicles and sale of used vehicles to achieve set targets, ensure efficient supply, and optimize business growth and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:1. Provide inputs in the preparation of the RAC Fleet annual plans and budgets.2. Liaise with Group Sales on a daily basis for all purchases of vehicles from stock or special orders as per requirements.3. Approve and keep track of all purchase requests from RAC Sales.4. Participate with SGM, RAC in the negotiation of prices for de-fleet vehicles and retirement plans of vehicles ensuring maximum value for de-fleeting units in order to achieve the target.5. Negotiate favorable contract terms, quotations, and prices of vehicles with Group Sales to maximize profits.6. Prepare a plan for the retirement of vehicles and disposal operations to reduce the cost of stock and to get the best resale value of the vehicles and submit it to SGM, RAC for review and approval.7. Prioritize and monitor fleet orders, prepare daily reports on orders and delivery schedules,s and submit them to SGM, RAC for review.8. Review data on competitors activities, analyze market trends, and pricing and make recommendations to enhance market share and submit to SGM, RAC for review.9. Oversee the process of selling used vehicles to Toyota Certified Cars.10. Issue and track LPOs for purchases and make sure all LPOs are invoiced, and vehicles received as per order.11. Liaise with Group Sales, Lexus, and BTC on the vehicles delivery status and receive vehicles for RAC fleet.12. Liaise with RAC Fleet Operations to check the status of vehicles in the stockyard ready for delivery to customers.
