Prepare quarterly ? yearly action in order to improve the performance of the operations.????????? Coordinate & follow up and ensure that current operation complies as per the regulations & rules of Kuwait.????????? To be conversant with import and export laws and regulations. To maintain understanding and update with changes as they occur, so as to be able to advise customers on import and export restrictions, tariff systems, insurance requirements and all other customs related matters.????????? Strong communication skills are vital in this role both written and verbal, as it is required to compile documentation and must be able to interpret the law on behalf of customers in a clear and simple manner.????????? Overall management of the warehouse and control of goods in/out operation and stock control for the organization including the development, performance and maintenance of the warehouse to produce a compliant, efficient system and solution, maximizing performance & profitability against pre-agreed targets and controls.????????? Achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans.????????? Manage, direct and monitor management of the warehouse for the organization including the development, performance and maintenance of the warehouse, goods in/out operation and stock control, to produce efficient systems and delivery solutions, maximizing performance & profitability against pre-agreed targets and control????????? Ensure that complete Health & Safety regulations are adhered to at the warehouse and by all operational & warehouse staff.?Lead and motivate the team, drive quality and performance????????? Ensure that financial management (billing and invoicing) and reporting is carried out in accordance with company requirements.?
