Job Title: Assistant Manager- Core Banking & Support systemsReports to: Manager- Banking & Investment SystemsJob Purpose: The Assistant Manager- Core Banking & Supporting Systems supports in managing the development of Retail Banking, Customer Lending and Financial Accounting functions of the Core Banking Software with their respective interfaces to other systems as well as the Management Information systems. He/ She ensures application availability and meets performance benchmarks. He/ She also ensures that the developments are executed on time, as per specifications and within budget.Key Responsibilities?˙˙˙Contribute to Retail banking, Customer Lending and Financial accounting systems development projects while ensuring alignment with the relevant business strategy, user objectives, policies and regulations and technological advancements?˙˙˙Maintain updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standards in the field and related matters of interest to the department?˙˙˙Participate in new initiatives analysis, study requirements documents and research possible solutions for vendor selection, system capabilities etc.?˙˙˙Co-ordinate with the user community in understanding requirements and communicate with the application provider to ensure efficient implementation of the changes, etc.?˙˙˙Generate and escalate periodic and requested reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery?˙˙˙Stakeholder Management˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙?˙˙˙Participate in the various cross-functional committees/teams for multiple purposes to achieve optimal cooperation and seamless quality service
