Job Title: Assistant Manager - ClaimsReports to: Manager ? Fire & Gen. AccKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise compensations, open relevant files for the policies intended to be compensated, estimate the value of compensation.Make periodical reports.Ensure implementation of the decrees, policy terms and conditions, compliance with the approved authorities, fulfillment of all the required documents and ensure conformity of coverage and insurance sums with the compensation value.Coordinate with the reinsurance department to distribute compensations to re-insurers.Prepare amicable settlements in compensation cases, in coordination with the legal department.Prepare all the reports and furnish them to the department as required.Verify and ensure that claims are handled in accordance with the applicable procedures and policiesFollow up surveyors, receive reports for compensation files, transfer high risks files to external survey offices, follow up recovery procedures, submit quarterly and annual statistics concerned with the compensation paid, suspended and recovered.Coordinate with the legal department and recovery section at the motor department in connection with the claims and recovered compensations.
