Job Description

A company in the Hotel industry is looking for an Assistant Ladies Club Manager.Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Ladies Club Manager to join our hotels leisure and wellness team. The ideal candidate should have a background in health and fitness management, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry. As an Assistant Ladies Club Manager, you will assist in the daily operations and management of our ladies fitness and wellness club, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our female guests.Responsibilities:

  1. Club Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the ladies fitness and wellness club, including opening and closing procedures, facility maintenance, and cleanliness.
  2. Member Services: Provide excellent customer service to club members, addressing inquiries, assisting with memberships, and ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  3. Fitness Programs: Coordinate and oversee fitness classes, personal training sessions, and wellness programs tailored to the needs and preferences of female members.
  4. Staff Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising fitness instructors, trainers, and support staff.
  5. Safety and Hygiene: Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the club facilities, including proper equipment maintenance and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
  6. Sales and Promotions: Promote club memberships, services, and special promotions to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  7. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate membership records, handle billing and payments, and prepare regular reports on club performance.
  8. Events and Activities: Organize and facilitate wellness events, workshops, and seminars for club members.
  9. Budget Management: Assist in managing the clubs budget, controlling expenses, and optimizing revenue generation.
