Job Description

Our client is a leading F&B group with a diverse portfolio of successful dining establishments, including Greek cuisine, Italian cuisine, and more. Their newest venture is an exciting Greek restaurant opening soon, and we are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Head Chef to join their team.

  • Support the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high culinary standards.
  • Assist in leading and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
  • Contribute creative ideas for new dishes and culinary presentations, in line with the restaurants concept.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards, following regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold a culture of excellence and continuous.
