A company in the Hotel industry is looking for an Assistant Direct Sales Manager - Hotel IndustryPosition Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Direct Sales Manager to join our hotels sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry, and a passion for driving revenue through direct sales channels. As an Assistant Direct Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the hotels sales initiatives and strategies.Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support: Assist the Direct Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, with a focus on direct booking channels.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and other relevant sources to generate leads.
  3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to expand business and secure repeat bookings.
  4. Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals with clients.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
  7. Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the booking process, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
