Job DescriptionCoordinate brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store channelsTrack brand performance vs. targets and prepare periodic performance reportsAssist in managing promotional activities, launches, and seasonal initiativesCoordinate with agencies (creative, media, digital) to ensure timely deliveryExecute approved marketing activities in line with brand strategyManage artwork development, packaging updates, and POS materialsMonitor campaign execution accuracy across channels and marketsSupport new product development (NPD) processesCoordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, supply chain/logistics, finance, IT)Ensure timely availability of products, materials, and promotional toolsTrack budgets, invoices, and marketing spend vs. planSupport market visits, store checks, and competitor benchmarkingEnsure compliance with company policies and brand standardsCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectivesBuild strong working relationships with agencies and principalsDemonstrate ownership, accountability, and proactive problem solvingSkillsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.+4 Years experience in Brand, Trade Marketing or similar role.Experience in either food or non-food categories.Strong ability to conduct research, analyze, interpret data, evaluate market trends, and translate them into actionable strategies.Superb organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, and teamwork skills.Goal-oriented and results-driven attitude with a creative mindset.Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices.Bilingual ( Arabic & English).
