Responsibilities:

Assists in the installation of new air conditioning systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical connections.
Help in positioning and securing compressors, condensers, and other components.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and checking refrigerant levels.
Assist in conducting system performance tests to ensure optimal operation.
Support the diagnosis and repair of air conditioning system malfunctions, including electrical and mechanical issues.
Help in replacing defective parts, such as motors, thermostats, and compressors.
Provide assistance to the Senior AC Technician in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
Help in the calibration of thermostatic controls and other system components.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety standards when handling refrigerants and other hazardous materials.
Other duties as assigned.
