Job Description

Main Purpose of Job:To follow up the production processes according to specific standards to cover the companys projects needs, and to build relationships with potential clients to ensure continues production and profit increase.Job Responsibilities:

  • To follow up the Plants administration affairs.
  • Periodical assessment /evaluation of manpower, material & equipments & provide recommendation to increase the efficiency.
  • Coordinating with The projects managers to set production plan according to specific schedules, specifications & standards.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the plants status of revenues, costs, and profits, and develop a plan to increase profits.
  • Prepare the estimated budget for the plant and review it with the manager of the asphalt plant.
  • Technical follow-up of the production and supply process for the companys projects and clients.
  • To technically follow up asphalting process and organize asphalting teams.
  • Coordinating with Contracts Department & Legal Department to Concluding contracts with clients.
  • Ensure applying safety Procedures in plant.
  • Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
  • Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
  • Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
  • Participate in the development of policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures; make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards and procedures.
  • Attend and participate in professional group meetings; stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field.
  • Participate in Tendering process and preparing quotations that related to Asphalt and emulsion.
