Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations, strategy, and coordination of multiple branches, departments, or business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) across all locations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations within the organization to ensure smooth functioning and optimal performance.
  • Oversee depot and outlet managers to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Ensure all locations meet operational and financial targets by closely monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
  • Manage deliveries from suppliers and oversee the dispatch of goods to ensure efficient and timely distribution.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports detailing team performance against company targets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in budget management, ensuring effective budget implementation and cost control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive work environment and lead teams to achieve excellence in operations.
