Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to oversee the operations and sales of 5 locations, including 4 restaurants and 1 caf‚, all under the same brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing multiple locations and driving sales growth.?Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of 4 restaurants and 1 caf‚, including managing staff, inventory, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability across all locations
  • Hire, train, and manage staff, including scheduling and performance management
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and specials
  • Monitor food and beverage costs and inventory to meet financial targets
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management
